Night Fever est la première compilation tirée de l'émission « RFM Night Fever », qui a lieu tous les vendredis et samedis de 22 h 00 à 1 h 00, sur RFM.
Cette compilation 3 CD, sortie en 2006 chez Wagram, a été produite et mixée par Thierry Land, DJ-animateur de « RFM Night Fever » de 2004 à 2009.
Depuis 2009, l'émission est animée non mixée par Pat Angeli, comme de 2002 (création de l'émission) à 2004.
